But when you have defeated twins , a cutscene shows where Lou dies and Mickey wounded but alive and begging you to spare her life , she will never show her face again, This time you have to chose whether to kill or spare. Remember everything that happened in the game , how they attacked you , attacked prosperity , killed rush and tortured you.
So what will happen if you spare her , she will vanish with her sister's body but left you a note saying "I will return , don't you ever hang your head " . Nah , I'm just joking , she will left you her helmet with the note
