Well , it depend on total probability and only a guy with debug mod install in his game can verify but still this trick can work. As we know that we can only see 29 lifeblood mask in our screen and rest of the masks are hidden. First I m gonna show you how to get 31 lifeblood mask or you can see it in video.

Hiveblood + Joni blessing  + Lifeblood core + Lifeblood heart = 31 Lifeblood mask

So the person who is expert enough to complete whole game without getting hit can earn 50+ lifeblood mask by this trick. All he have to do is to hit all the lifeblood cocoon on his way . A Lifeblood cocoon gives minimum two lifeseed (max 4)which will generate two life mask(or 4). There are total 8 lifeblood cocoon in the game.

Ultimate Health charm combination 

Joni blessing + Lifeblood core + Lifeblood heart + Unbreakable heart
23 + 4 + 2 + 3 = 32
As Joni blessing + unbreakable heart gives 26 lifeblood mask

Combining them with lifeblood cocoon will give 50 lifeblood mask.

At the King's Path, left and up from the Focus tutorial sign.

At the Ancestral Mound, left and up from the Elder Baldur.

At the Greenpath, behind a breakable wall above where a Moss Knight is first encountered.

At the Fog Canyon, above a hallway filled with Charged Lumaflies.

In the Mantis Lords boss fight room, at the upper left corner behind a breakable wall.

At Deepnest, in a secret room at the top of the ruined tram station.

At Deepnest, directly above where Galien is fought.

At Kingdom's Edge, hidden behind a secret path below Bardoon.

SO even if only two lifeblood cocoon will give 4 lifeseed and rest will give ou 2 lifeseed , you will get 50+ lifeblood mask as your health. This is theory till now. If anyone happen to do it then congratulations .
